Job description

You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business + Process Excellence.

Your Role

Managing the process excellence function including all the related activities of process analysis, project management, supporting with documentation + business process modeling in compliance with KN standards. Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams by seeking opportunities for process improvements to positively impact productivity + data quality. Through process audits + KPI reporting, you will work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the execution + delivery of process excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + conduct process audits.
• Oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects aimed at productivity and/or quality enhancement using lean methodology.
• Maintain high levels of data quality via analysis, review, and action planning with the business unit.
• Support process improvement, re-engineering, and the implementation of changed processes to enhance quality + productivity of operational processes + systems.
• Assist in analyzing operational procedures and documenting solutions.
• Apply project management principles in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled + structured implementations; assist in planning + execution of project tasks.
• Strive for productivity increases through automation + optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality + customer satisfaction aligned with corporate strategy.
