Job description

You will be joining our Operational Care Team to add your leadership expertise and skills to the delivery of Operational Excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence through your operational care center (OCC) team by providing leadership and direction, while continuously optimizing production costs.

Your Responsibilities

You will achieve this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the following key objectives:

  • Ensure operational excellence through high-quality shipment for import services.
  • Support collaboration between customer care locations (CCL), sales, and system and process improvements to deliver an excellent customer experience, supporting the development of new and existing customer targets.
  • Establish and proactively manage supplier relationships to ensure delivery according to service level agreements (SLA) and global partnership rules (GPR).
  • Conduct regular one-on-one conversations with all direct reports to discuss and ensure progress on performance and development goals.
  • Hold daily and weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify and resolve business issues.
  • Contribute as a process owner to the continuous improvement of processes and controls, focusing on cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and revenue care guidelines.
