About the Role

We’re looking for a forward-thinking L&D Executive / Senior Executive to lead the transformation of how learning is delivered and experienced across Southeast Asia.

In this role, your primary focus will be to identify, design, and implement improvements across L&D processes, platforms, and learner journeys. You’ll apply design thinking to uncover pain points, streamline operations, and enhance digital and in-person learning experiences. To stay grounded in real learner needs, you’ll also support the delivery of programs, giving you firsthand insight into what works and what needs fixing.

What You’ll Do

Lead Innovation & Process Improvement

• Analyze current L&D workflows and learner journeys to identify inefficiencies and friction points.
• Apply design thinking to reimagine and improve how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Document and standardize improved processes for consistency and sustainability.
• Lead efforts to digitally transform L&D operations by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows across program delivery, learner support, and reporting.
• Optimize the use of core L&D platforms
• L&D app– Boost mobile access, enable push notifications, and enhance engagement.
• SharePoint– Create intuitive content hubs, automate updates, and streamline collaboration.
• Microsoft Teams– Integrate learning delivery, chat support, and virtual facilitation.
• Collaborate with Tech and Ops teams to pilot and implement automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, chatbots, scheduling bots) that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Continuously evaluate platform usage and learner feedback to recommend innovative enhancements that improve experience, accessibility, and efficiency.

Support Program Delivery (Insight-Driven)

• Assist in the execution of key in-person and virtual learning programs, and compliance learning
• Observe and gather feedback from learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
• Use delivery experience to inform continuous improvement efforts.
