Job summary

PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven SEA Merchandising Analyst to support the Southeast Asia Mono Merchandising and Retail teams. You will transform sell-through data into actionable insights, manage master data, and help optimize stock and promotions across SEA markets.

With a bachelor's degree and at least two years in retail merchandising operations or analytics, you will leverage Excel, Word and PowerPoint to deliver weekly reports, trackers, and cross-market recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in retail merchandising operations, inventory management, or merchandise planning/analytics.
• Candidates with experience in sports, fashion, or footwear preferred.
• IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Language: English.

Responsibilities

• SEA DTC Sell-Through Analytics, action plans, and cross-functional sharing.
• Manage country master data, RRP/ISD reviews, and promotions in Prism/SAP.
• Coordinate stock optimization and intercompany transfers across SEA markets.
• Support weekly SEA Merch team meetings and seasonal buying prep.
