How You Will Contribute

You will:

1. Replenish and deploy finished goods to maintain minimum stock boundaries for all DCs in the specific SEA market.
2. Consolidate supply reporting for SEA Plant sourcing.
3. Monitor finished goods freshness through weekly reporting and tracking.
4. Review and calculate SKU boundary norms using the COE boundary calculation template and update the norms in SAP & APO.
5. Prepare weekly reports on replenishment, deployment, and DIFC, providing updates on supply risks.
6. Organize and co-chair weekly D & OP meetings with the PPIC manager/production planner.
7. Manage DCS orders and shipments according to the “Managing DCS Export Work Instruction”.
8. Create weekly Stock Transfer Orders based on the production plan, confirm STR in APO, and convert to STO for destination locations, following up with finance on IBR updates as needed.
9. Monitor production and volume compliance daily/weekly to identify and address potential supply risks.
10. Represent SP in project meetings for related categories, ensuring production plans for NPD/promo meet pipeline requirements without disrupting supply.
11. Update daily/weekly out-of-stock reasons.
12. Drive continuous improvement and productivity activities within the department.
