The SEA People Team is seeking an experienced BST HR & HR Operations Director/ Senior Manager to drive the People agenda for SEA employees across 6 SEA offices. This role ensures that all HR policies and processes are meticulously aligned with both regulatory compliance and BCG guidelines, and for operations to adhere to the highest ethical and in alignment with the overall business strategy.
The role includes, but not limited to the following: BST HR, HR Operations, and Employee Relations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition processes, providing strategic direction and oversight to performance management processes, and driving continuous improvement to performance management processes.
Responsibilities also include managing the compensation and benefit strategy and implementation for BST, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of HR policies and procedures, and enhancing HR operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior HR role, preferably in a multinational and/or matrix-structured environment. Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and comprehensive knowledge of employment law and performance management is required.
