Roles & Responsibilities:

As the SEA Business Development Manager, you will be responsible in driving strategic growth across the SEA region. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, expanding the customer base, and supporting the integration of acquired entities—all in alignment with Trescal’s global expansion objectives. Your other roles and responsibilities also include:

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with Trescal’s global goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients across key sectors such as aerospace, electronics, and life sciences to promote Trescal’s calibration and metrology services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for value-added services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of customized client solutions.
  • Acquire a foundational understanding of calibration technology to effectively communicate service value and shift focus away from price-based competition.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to uncover opportunities for differentiation and strategic growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify customer needs and develop tailored proposals.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring alignment with Trescal’s commercial strategy.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic accounts and regional partners to drive long-term growth.
  • Represent Trescal at industry trade shows, conferences, and events across the SEA region.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all sales-related data, including CRM records, contracts, and billing documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments, support timely collections, and assist in resolving any payment issues.

To be a Successful Candidate:

  • Possess at least Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, engineering, or related fields
  • Having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in radio frequency, calibration, testing, measurement, industrial services or technical product sales experience with proven track record of great achievements in Sales
  • Possess strong knowledge in SEA markets and regional business practices
  • Ability to learn and master the knowledge of calibration technology
  • Excellent negotiation, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational capabilities
  • Attentive to details and data-driven
  • Willingness to travel across the SEA region
