Job Responsibilities

Develop and grow sea and air freight business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Manage daily operations for sea and air freight, including cargo scheduling, routing, and compliance with shipping and aviation regulations.

Oversee shipment processes to ensure timely, secure, and efficient movement of goods.

Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information, issue resolution, and high service satisfaction.

Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to optimize transportation solutions and cost efficiency.

Analyze pricing, financial performance, and market conditions to support competitive pricing strategies and cost-saving measures.

Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.

Lead and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance working environment.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development, sales performance, and logistics operations.

Ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization.

Qualifications
