A leading bank seeks a SE/Manager for Loan Disbursement, Maintenance, Administration & Projects in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency and customer service through effective management of loan processes. Business Strategy and Profitability: Enhance turnaround time in Credit Admin processes to improve documentation and disbursement, leading to earlier recognition of interest and revenue.
Complaint Reduction: Eliminate complaints related to delayed TAT or errors from manual tasks.
Error Minimization: Implement controls to reduce errors and operational lapses, addressing risk areas.
Customer Service: Build good customer service through efficient processes.
Operational Strategy: Formulate strategies to improve process efficiency and accuracy without compromising quality, focusing on automation and streamlining.
Complete account linking in ARBS within the same day of receiving files.
Ensure correct facility code, interest rate, and collateral before disbursement.
Handle various types of loans (business, consumer, staff, festival, HP, etc.) within the defined TAT.
Manage documentation and disbursement for HP loans, including checking financing details and ensuring all documents are in order.
Ensure commodity trading is done prior to disbursement for Islamic cases.
Arrange stamping for PL applications and manage cashier's orders for solicitor's accounts.
Perform maker role/functions in relevant systems (ARBS, HOST, ILS, etc.).
Monitor IBG returns and ensure timely submission of reports.
Update collateral for trade lines.
Prepare letters of advice and payment schedules for customers.
Post data via COPS, Bizsmart, ILS, and other systems.
Manage and oversee Credit Admin Projects and review, simplify automate/enhance current processes as follows:
AOS Implementation: Streamline business loan processes from LO issuance to disbursement.
Mortgage Loan Process Improvement: Enhance Mortgage ILS for OD disbursement and payments, and issue comprehensive NODs.
ILS Processes: Implement straight-through processes for documentation, disbursement, redemption, and custodian tasks.
Disbursement Scheduling: Cater to multiple schedule disbursements for progressive cases.
Various Enhancements: Improve systems like Trade Spring, ECMS, and RLOS; update collateral via RPA; enhance COPS daily reports; manage settlement letters and custodian tasks.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits for various documentation and disbursement tasks.
E-Documentation: Implement e-credit folders and e-documentation processes.
Security Review: Perform security reviews and streamline processes.
Tracking and Planning: Track TAT, monthly volume, and productivity; plan Credit Admin transformation and NIA with HOD and unit heads.
Monitoring: Monitor loan stock progress and reconciliation reports.

Reasonable knowledge in Business Continuity Plan
Experience
Tertiary/Professional qualification with 3 years experience in Credit Admin
Have a good credit background
