VNET Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Director/PM to lead on-site management of electromechanical installation for large-scale data centers in Southeast Asia. You will oversee safety, quality, progress, and cost control while coordinating multidisciplinary drawings and subcontractors.

The role requires 20MW+ project delivery in the region within the last three years, with strong organizational and overseas-assignment capabilities.

Qualificações

Delivered at least one Southeast Asia data center project of 20MW+ within the past 3 years as Project Director/PM/Production Manager.
Familiar with end-to-end on-site management of overseas IDC projects and drawing/construction plan reviews.
Strong communication, coordination, and long-term overseas assignment readiness.
Proficient in CAD; design and construction management experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

On-site management of electromechanical equipment installation, ensuring progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
Coordinate technical issues, prepare construction plans, and optimize drawings to reduce costs.
Manage lifecycle of materials/equipment: delivery, site acceptance, handover, installation, commissioning.
Oversee subcontractors, inspect workmanship and materials, and organize commissioning activities.
