Responsibilities

• Lead and coach module engineers and manufacturing operations engineers.
• Oversee technology transfer for new products across sites.
• Plan and direct process engineering, yield improvement, and efficiency.
• Modify equipment to optimize production and meet goals.
• Manage resources for install and qualification of tools during ramps.
• Drive results through goal setting and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product readiness.
