Job description

Job Summary
Responsible for the team's effectiveness and continuous improvement; a servant leader accountable for helping the team focus on creating value, coaches its members in self-management and cross-functionality, within the Agile principles, values and methodologies.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Leads the delivery team towards self-organization and continuous improvement to produce an increment of value throughout a small or simple delivery by mastering and facilitating a specific agile methodology.
• Responsible for facilitating the team's delivery by removing impediments for the team's progress.
• Accountable for protecting the created environment based on openness, commitment, focus, courage and respect.
• Serves the Product Owner and Manager by giving support to develop and prioritize the backlog accordingly with the product roadmap as guidance.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices.
• Background in software development, project management, or product development is a plus.
