We're Hiring: Scrum Master!

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to lead agile transformation and facilitate high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile methodologies, team coaching, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional results.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Scrum Master

JD:

• Serve as Scrum Master in Application development projects
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and o9 consultants to ensure alignment on sprint goals and backlog priorities
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.)
• Promote Agile best practices across technical and business teams; coach team members in Scrum/Agile principles
• Assist in change management activities and ensure clear communication with business stakeholders throughout implementation
• Ensure timely delivery of configuration, testing, and rollout milestones for the o9 platform
• Help manage scope and backlog refinement
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments to the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.

Mandatory Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
