You will identify business opportunities, provide expert clinical support, and drive product adoption through strategic engagement and confident presentations. Prepare and organise operating room instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons by anticipating procedural needs and providing instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
Maintain a sterile and safe operating environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
Provide on-site clinical support, product training, and knowledge transfer to OR specialists.
Conduct clinical and product presentations confidently to healthcare professionals.
Support business development by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic planning and territory growth.
Collaborate with hospital teams to enhance procedure efficiency and patient safety.
Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Diploma or GED equivalent.
Certification as a surgical technician preferred, or equivalent experience in practical nursing or the operating room.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in the operating theatre.
Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
Mandarin or a local dialect is an added advantage.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
Comfortable working in hospital environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with hospital teams.
Confident in clinical demonstrations and product presentations.
Analytical and organised, with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, responsible, and a reliable team player.
