Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks an experienced SCM Functional and Data Lead to drive end-to-end SCM activities from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role focuses on aligning supply chain initiatives with business goals, data-driven improvements, and effective collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will bring extensive SCM experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with ERP/SCM systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SCM functional roles.
• Proven expertise in data analysis within supply chain environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SCM functional activities in line with business objectives.
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and validation projects.
• Support implementation of new SCM systems or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner.
