Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, engaging, and science-loving teacher to join our team at Flashpoint. Our centre focuses on making science fun, hands-on, and meaningful for kids aged 5–12 through workshops and weekly classes. If you're passionate about sparking curiosity and have experience working with children, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging science lessons using hands-on experiments and interactive demonstrations.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt lesson plans to suit various learning styles and age groups.
  • Assist in curriculum development and activity planning.
  • Communicate effectively with Director regarding student progress and feedback.
  • Support events such as science fairs.
About You
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Science Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching or working with children (formal or informal settings).
  • Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and approachable personality.
  • Comfortable conducting science experiments and demonstrations.
