Job summary

KTJ (Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar) is seeking a Safety and Health Executive to uphold a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across the school community. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies, coordinating the Safety and Health Committee, and providing guidance to staff and students.

You will lead health and safety training, maintain documentation, liaise with authorities, investigate incidents, and promote safety awareness through campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH legislation and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High ICT literacy and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KTJ’s compliance with OSHA 1994 and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
• Serve as Secretary to the School’s Safety and Health Committee; coordinate meetings and reports.
