Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams on SCE’s new product through the entire NPI development cycle (Concept, definition, execution, product launch/ramp).
- Translate product specifications and system requirements into test requirements and coverage methods (Trace Matrix).
- Support development of ATE test hardware requirements and review schematics and plots for probe card and device interface board.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, including test time reduction and yield improvement.
- Perform yield enhancement by identifying fail modes, analyzing fallout rates, and related activities.
- Qualify new product introductions and investigate qual failures to determine root causes.
- Conduct characterization activities including defining matrix lots, generating CZ flow, collecting ATE CZ data, bench measurements, micro probing, thermal evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Perform ATE data collection and failure analysis to determine failure mechanisms.
- Assist with customer quality incident investigations, including lab analysis and failure analysis support.
- Generate technical documentation such as statistical analysis reports, evaluation summaries, and lessons learned.
- Perform manual bench ESD and latch-up tests, identify failure causes, and propose solutions in collaboration with design engineers.
- Correlate critical ATE parametric measurements with lab measurements.
- Innovate to improve cycle time and cost efficiencies.
- Assist in transferring production test programs to manufacturing.
- Manage PE deliverables working with global cross-functional teams.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Entry-level experience in Product and Test engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with good planning, execution, and delivery skills.
- Solid knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS, SOI, and FinFET technologies.
- Experience with test program debugging on ATE systems like Teradyne or Agilent 93K is advantageous.
- Basic statistics skills; JMP scripting is a plus.
- Good software skills (C, C++); Linux, Python, and Visual Basic are beneficial.
