Job Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring & Fault Escalation

  • Experience in 24/7 operations and real-time monitoring of SCADA/BMS/EPMS/FMCS systems.
  • Able to acknowledge, categorize, escalate, and log alarms (mechanical, electrical, fire, security).
  • Familiar with shift-based operation, including handover logs and escalation matrices.

Communication & Coordination

  • Able to coordinate with BMS Engineers and DCIM Engineers on:
  • Alarm validation.
  • Dashboard/data interpretation issues.
  • Fault response or resolution follow-up.

Discipline & SOP Adherence

  • Familiar with emergency response, operating procedures, and change management processes.
  • Able to follow structured workflows and reporting formats.
  • Detail-oriented with a zero-miss approach to fault acknowledgment and documentation.

Mindset & Team Culture

  • Willing to learn from both BMS and DCIM teams, acting as the frontline interface.
  • Committed to precision, ownership, and uptime assurance.
  • Comfortable working in a mission-critical facility.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or IT-related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in data centers, hospitals, industrial control rooms, or manufacturing systems.
