Position Details

Job Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution: Address and resolve SAP module incidents promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Service Request Management: Handle service requests efficiently, providing timely support to end-users for SD processes.
• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to configuring and customizing SD based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: Work with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in accounting, business, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in SAP SD, with understanding of integration with other modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming language is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
