Who You Are:

• Responsible for coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing projects aligned with company strategy and goals.
• Identify and lead ERP system enhancement activities.

Position Summary:

• Good understanding and experience in SAP system, particularly SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Strong supply chain business process knowledge.
• Experience in business process mapping, design, and facilitation.
• Knowledge and experience in project management is a plus.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong commitment, sense of responsibility, results-oriented, and adaptable to change in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as Supply Chain business process and system SME and key user.
• Be the first line of support for Supply Chain end users on daily system issues.
• Develop, maintain, and review work procedures and specifications aligned with current business practices.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to meet business objectives.
• Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate system enhancement projects from requirements gathering to go-live, including user acceptance testing and training.
• Monitor, report, and escalate project progress as needed from initiation through post-implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP SCM Module, especially SAP MM and SAP SD.
• Strong supply chain business process knowledge.
• Experience in business process mapping, design, and facilitation.
• Knowledge of project management is advantageous.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong commitment, responsibility, results orientation, and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

Years of Experience (Minimum):

• 5-7 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the LED or Semiconductor industry.
