Job summary

SWIFT in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced SAP CC Senior Implementation Specialist to guide digital transformation in Billing & Finance. The role spans requirements, implementation, testing, and delivery within a BRIM landscape and cross-functional teams across Finance and IT.

You will work in a diverse 170+ member tribe across Belgium and Malaysia, engaging with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Good functional understanding of the Convergent Charging module in SAP as part of BRIM.
• Deep knowledge of realtime charging and billing models (subscription and usage-based).
• Experience configuring pricing and rating rules in SAP CC and integrating with SOM, CI and CM.
• Experience with CC configuration and performance tuning is desirable.
• Able to communicate requirements to stakeholders and translate business needs into functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform system development, analysis, testing, configuration, and file design for solutions and upgrades.
• Lead development and assist in design/programming for change requests of moderate complexity.
• Follow documentation standards and file design procedures.
• Provide programming and operational support across ERP modules (deployment, maintenance, upgrades).
• Coordinate feasibility studies, prototyping, data mapping, and configuration table setups.
• Propose security setups, user documentation, data interfaces, migration and reconciliation.
• Mentor less senior team members and maintain an overview of software/hardware/OS in ERP.
• Collaborate in cross-functional, agile squads across finance and IT.

Education

3-year degree or University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Or equivalent work experience.

As part of the Business Applications Services (BAS) Tribe in KL, our mission is to deliver and continuously enhance Ordering, Billing, Finance, and Provisioning services while evolving our on-premises and cloud technology stack. Several years into this transformation journey, we are advancing the consolidation and modernization of our technology landscape and seeking an experienced SAP CC (Convergent Charging) Senior Implementation Specialist to guide implementation activities focused on leading digital transformation activities, mainly within the Billing & Finance domain.

Within this scope, following competencies are required:

• Good functional understanding of the Convergent Charging module in SAP as part of the BRIM solution
• In depth knowledge of Realtime charging and billing models including Subscription-based and usage-based,
• Experience is configuration of Pricing and rating rules in SAP CC and integration with other modules like SOM, CI and CM,
• Experience is technical setup of CC and performance tuning is desirable
• Well capable to communicate with internal stakeholders, to translate the business demand into functional requirements specific for product pricing related matters

Part of a transversal Business & Functional Analysis Chapter, you will report to a Chapter Lead and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders within the Finance and IT departments. In your day-to-day activities, you will be part of a squad working according to the agile principles to deliver and maintain solutions within the BRIM landscape. You'll be in the front seat from requirements gathering, over implementation, up to testing and finally the delivery of these applications in alignment with our delivery roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

1. 01 . In line with agreed requirements, perform system development, systems analysis, testing, debugging, configuration, file design and storage for system solutions/upgrades/change requests.
2. 02 . Lead the development and assist in the design/ programming solutions of change requests or projects of moderate complexity.
3. 03 . Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage procedures.
4. 04 . Perform programming and operational support, including configuring, customizing, deploying, maintaining and upgrading enterprise resource planning application modules.
5. 05 . Execute/coordinate activities related to feasibility studies and for prototyping, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables, and setting of transaction/control tables.
6. 06 . Propose security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
7. 07 . Assist in resolving problems reported by less senior team members.
8. 08 . Keep an up-to-date overview of software, hardware, operating systems, commercial off-the-shelve softwares in enterprise resource planning.
