Your new role

• Facilitate SAP SD implementation and provide global support.
• Analyze complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Document and validate customer requirements; propose product modifications as needed.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Standardize and harmonize new development/enhancement requests across countries.
• Support testing, deployment, and rollout of projects and changes.
• Provide user training and act as a single point of contact for SAP SD-related issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of relevant experience in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and integration with other SAP components.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
• Understanding of accounting and business processes.
• S/4HANA experience is a plus.
