Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking an experienced Group Reporting Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA consolidation projects in a large-scale transformation.

You will understand customer priorities, deliver end-to-end SAP implementation and support tasks, and manage master data uploads and testing, collaborating with finance stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, with hands-on consolidation work.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP reporting standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• System implementation: design and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and related consolidation rules.
• Financial consolidation: manage multi-currency group structures, intercompany eliminations, and close processes.
• Integration: ensure seamless links between SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, and Group Reporting.
• Reporting & compliance: generate statutory statements in line with IFRS/GAAP.
• Data validation: run validation rules to ensure data consistency between local and group data.
• Good communicator with finance stakeholders and strong business process understanding.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Technical Skill Set : Digital: EAS: SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting

Must-Have:

Key Responsibilities

1. System Implementation:Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, implements, and supports legal consolidation and financial reporting within the S/4HANA environment (CDS views, consolidation rules, data mapping).
2. Financial Consolidation:Perform complex consolidations involving multiple reporting currencies, organizational structures, and subsidiaries. Key tasks include managing group structures, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close processes
3. Integration:Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA Finance (ACDOCA), Central Finance (CFIN), and Group Reporting.
4. Reporting & Compliance:Generate statutory financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
5. Data Validation:Run and resolve validation rules to ensure data consistency between local and group data.
6. Good communicator and ability to handle business stakeholders

Good-to-Have:

1. Experience:5 to 8 years of SAP Finance experience, with specific hands-on experience in Group Reporting.
2. Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and master data management.
3. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
4. Soft Skills:Strong analytical ability and the ability to engage with finance stakeholders.
5. Preferred:SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting certification; familiarity with SAP SAC for reporting.
