Job Description: The SAP Operator ensures accurate and timely execution of all SAP transactions to support mixing and packing operations. The role maintains data integrity in SAP related to production orders, material movements, and inventory, contributing to plant KPIs in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Health & Environment (SHE): Follow plant safety procedures for SAP-related tasks; escalate unsafe conditions; participate in safety discussions.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure SAP transactions comply with internal controls, audit standards, and quality policies; record quality checks and production confirmations in SAP; escalate issues to prevent quality risks and data inaccuracies; maintain records for traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Delivery & Cost (SAP Operations): Perform SAP transactions for production order release, confirmation, and closure; post material consumption, goods issue, and goods receipt for mixing and packing; monitor and reconcile SAP inventory against physical counts; generate and analyze SAP reports on production output, variances, and stock accuracy; escalate issues to avoid production disruption.
• Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams for accurate SAP postings; support shift handovers with updated data; participate in operations meetings; suggest improvements to SAP processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Academic Program: Preference for candidates with a further SPM / Diploma;
• Experience: At least 2 years working in relevant roles;
• Skills: Basic computer literacy; knowledge of SAP is advantageous;
• Personal traits: Structured, driven and energetic; excellent communication and people skills; able to work both in a team and independently.
