Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Malaysia is seeking a skilled SAP Material Management professional with 5-8 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for configuration tasks in SAP S4 HANA and must possess strong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, and fluency in Bahasa and English. This role requires the capability to adapt to technology changes and improve processes related to procurement.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years with SAP MM, hands-on experience in design and configuration.
• At least 2-3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S4 HANA.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay changes and configuration in SAP.
• Configuration of new STO, Purchase org, Output for Purchasing.
• Experience in handling multiple assignments under pressure.

Job description

Responsibilites:

• Must have knowledge of S4 functionality and changes in Procure-to-Pay over ECC ,SAP MM/PUR configurations.
• Should have strong understanding of SAP Intercompany / STO functionality.
• Must be aware of Subcontracting, Consignment, Cross Company, Drop shipment processes.
• Must be able to do configuration of new STO, Purchase org, Output for Purchasing document, Master data configuration and cross module integration MM, SD, PP, FI etc.
• Must have knowledge about EDI messages used in MM/PUR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to adapt and apply changing technology to business needs , can handle multiple assignments.
• Experience in configuration of MM/PUR processes in SAP and cross module.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years with SAP Material Management (MM) with demonstrated hands on experience in design, configuration and implementation.
• Having at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations(E2E) of SAP S4 HANA.
• Experienced in interfacing SAP with external systems
• Should be process oriented and capable of identifying areas of improvements.
• Should be team player with capability of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry will be preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Must have proficiency in Bahasa and English are (mandatory)
