Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks a detail-oriented Production Planner with SAP experience to support manufacturing operations in Malaysia. The role covers planning, scheduling, and ensuring efficient materials flow to meet delivery commitments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of SAP experience in a production environment, strong organizational skills, and will coordinate with buyers, operations, and suppliers to ensure on-time material availability.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented production planner with SAP experience.
Bachelor's or Diploma in relevant engineering/science field.
2+ years SAP experience in a production/manufacturing environment (Diploma holders: 5+ years).
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Able to handle paperwork and system updates.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule materials availability to drive production to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
Maintain system data integrity; input purchase and fabrication parts accurately.
Identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
Renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plans and coordinate with suppliers.
