Job summary

UST in Malaysia is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to support a large-scale Brownfield++ migration program across MM, SD and PP. You will drive fit-gap analysis, blueprint validation, testing, cutover and hypercare, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of SAP functional consulting, hands-on MM/SD/PP expertise, and proven success delivering Brownfield migrations and S/4HANA transformations while managing stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM, SD, and PP.
• Mandatory: delivered at least one end-to-end SAP Brownfield Migration project; Brownfield++ experience preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, upgrade, or conversion programs.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Production Planning processes.
• Proven experience leading functional teams and complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business users and senior project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workstreams across SAP MM, SD, and PP throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, blueprint validation, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, and process assessments with key stakeholders.
• Provide end-to-end functional solution design across Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing, and Production Planning.
• Manage integration touchpoints between MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Support data migration, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
• Identify functional risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
• Lead functional teams and collaborate closely with business, technical, SI, and project leadership teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10-15 years of SAP functional consulting experience.

• Mandatory: Successfully delivered at least one end-to-end SAP Brownfield Migration project; Brownfield++ experience preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, upgrade, or conversion programs.
• Strong configuration and solution design capabilities across MM, SD, and PP.
• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Production Planning processes.
• Proven experience leading functional teams and complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business users and senior project stakeholders.

Preferred

• Multinational or large enterprise consulting experience.
• SAP MM/SD/PP or S/4HANA certification.

Ideal Profile:

A delivery-focused SAP Functional Lead with deep MM/SD/PP expertise and proven Brownfield migration experience, capable of taking ownership of functional streams and delivering results from day one.
