As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application design and configuration.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development.
• Implement best practices for application performance and user experience.
