Job summary

Pride Global in Malaysia is seeking a senior SAP specialist to lead Forecast to Supply (F2S) and Materials Management (MM) initiatives. You will drive data profiling, cleansing, validation, and mapping for F2S master data and manage complex data transformation and migration rules using SAP Data Management tools.

You will configure DME structures, ensure data integrity across materials, BOMs, routings and work centers, and align F2S with Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in SAP F2S and MM
• Proven experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, validation, and mapping for F2S master data
• Manage complex data transformation and migration rules using SAP Data Management tools
• Configure DME structures to enable seamless transactional data exchange
• Ensure data integrity across materials, BOMs, routings, and work centers
• Identify and resolve data bottlenecks and integration issues between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA
• Integrate SAP IBP with the S/4HANA core
• Connect F2S with Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Partner with stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into IT solutions
• Lead hypercare support after go-live
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments
• Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes and data integration

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABAP developments and custom enhancements specifications

Key Requirements

• Identify and resolve complex data bottlenecks and integration issues between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with the S/4HANA core.
• Connect and align F2S processes with Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements and business goals into effective IT solutions.
• Lead hypercare support and troubleshoot complex system issues following go-live.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and ABAP developments.
• Strong understanding of SAP supply chain processes, data integration, and cross-functional dependencies.
