Job summary

Jabil Circuit is looking for a process integration specialist in Penang. This role focuses on process integration, SAP configurations, and implementation of business applications. Job Description

Responsible for process integration, functional solution designs, configuration and implementation of global applications and business applications.

•Perform Jabil SAP standard configuration tasks with supervision from Senior to ensure minimal risk to organization

•Define and develop test plans for new functionality in primary module or functional area

•Participate in standard SAP rollout/installation of new business systems solutions

•Ability to write valid functional specification documents including understanding of table structures, fields and entity relationships

•Formulate accurate test data associated to business scenarios to support overall test plan of projects or enhancements

•Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area or projects

•Provide status updates of assigned projects to project manager and project team member

•Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style

•Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

•Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor

•Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy

•Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the IT systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems OR min 1 year of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective.
• Have process or system configuration knowledge of SAP or any other ERP specializing in any areas of Finance.
