Job Summary:

We are undergoing a significant transformation, migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. We seek a Senior SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP CAPM Senior Consultant Developer/Tech Senior Consultant to develop SAP solutions leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), focusing on the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). This is a Technical Consultant role, involving hands-on development, architecture, and technical leadership for S/4HANA and BTP applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP (including CAPM), and cloud SAP development, along with strong leadership skills to guide the technical team through design, development, and integration phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP (CAPM) Development: Lead development and technical design of applications using SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Application Programming Model. Guide the team in developing cloud-native applications, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance. Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for SAP S/4HANA, including configurations, customizations, and extensions. Integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP BTP-based applications and third-party solutions using CAPM, SAP Fiori, and other technologies.
• Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to design scalable, maintainable SAP solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and CAPM. Design custom SAP Fiori apps to extend S/4HANA functionality. Document technical designs, data models, and system architectures.
• Development & Customization: Hands-on development of custom SAP S/4HANA solutions and SAP BTP applications using CAPM, SAP Fiori/UI5, and cloud tools. Develop responsive applications with SAP Fiori/UI5. Extend applications using SAP Cloud Application Studio, ABAP, JavaScript. Work with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and other SAP services.
• Integration: Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP services, ensuring efficient data flow. Design API-led integrations using SAP Integration Suite. Handle complex integrations with third-party systems and SAP solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Concur.
• Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize application performance. Troubleshoot issues across the landscape to ensure stability and performance.
• Agile & Project Management: Facilitate agile processes, guide junior developers, review code, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Cloud Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to cloud strategy, evaluate new SAP cloud technologies, and recommend improvements.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed technical documentation and internal knowledge resources.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, and provide project updates.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of SAP development experience, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and CAPM.
• Proven leadership in managing SAP development projects and teams.
• 4-5 years of experience developing cloud-native applications on SAP BTP.
• Expertise in SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud SDK.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, CAPM, Fiori, ABAP) are highly desirable.
• Strong skills in SAP S/4HANA custom development, extensions, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in ABAP, JavaScript, Node.js, and cloud development tools.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred: Industry experience in aviation or travel, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP AI/ML, DevOps practices.
