Job summary

Talent Complete is seeking an experienced D2R Business Analyst with strong SAP S/4HANA MM and supply chain expertise in Malaysia. You will work on end-to-end processes across manufacturing and logistics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and troubleshoot SAP solutions.

• Mandarin-speaking is preferred for China-based business.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced D2R Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes. Experience with PP, QM, EWM, OTC, SAP Solution Manager, ABAP debugging, and Mandarin is considered an advantage.

Requirements:

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong process knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM modules.
• Played a senior role in some SAP S/4HANA implementations for these modules.
• Vast knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing area.
• We need you to be an outstanding self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments.
• A 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or another business-related field is required.
• A strong team player.
• To support China based businesses, Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Your knowledge of SAP must include:

• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM modules and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain and manufacturing.
• Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Deep understanding of interfaces between SAP and 3PL systems via standard EDI transactions.

Preferred Requirements:

• ABAP basics (be able to debug) will be an advantage.
• Experience of using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous.
• Existing experience in other SAP modules and their integration with MM such as OTC (Order To Cash), PP (Production Planning) and/or QM (Quality Management) and eWM (Extended Warehouse Management) would be a plus.
