Job description

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic solutions for procurement processes using SAP COUPA. Additionally, the candidate will perform system implementation activities, provide technical advice, and act as a liaison between clients and the technical team.

Description
  • Develop strategic solutions and tactical implementation approaches to guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, etc.
  • Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice on best practices in Coupa Integration Development and Implementation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients' desired business outcomes.
  • Define To-Be state for procurement-related processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirements, and performance measurements.
  • Perform system implementation activities in relation to the procurement area, which may include design documentation, system configuration, test scenario & script development, UAT support, user training, etc., for Coupa Software.
Profile
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience using and end-to-end implementation with SAP COUPA.
  • Coupa Certifications would be a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of procurement-related processes, e.g. sourcing, contracting, requisition, purchasing, invoicing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
