Job description

• Analyze, evaluate, modify, configure, test, and implement enterprise-wide systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Prepare application system specifications.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, or maintenance.
  

Responsibilities:

• Define, test, train, implement, and support ERP functional areas.
• Perform business analysis and follow through the full development life cycle.
• Educate others on ERP workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics.
• Coordinate and communicate system change requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend actions.
  

Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
