Job summary

A leading organization in Malaysia is seeking a SAP Support Specialist to provide business support, manage SAP system processes, and perform configuration management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 1-2 years of SAP support experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. This position requires travel to the Melaka office as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an SAP support environment.
• Experience in SAP integration with third-party systems.
• Capability to analyze business operations and translate them into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP system processes including incident management.
• Perform analysis, design, and testing on business change requests.
• Liaise with Application Management Support vendor for SAP issues.
