Description and Requirements

• Understand business requirements and pain points through effective communication skills.

• Collaborate with business and Digital Transformation (DT) teams through independent analysis and research for solution design and process enablement.

• Possess expertise in technologies such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA (technical implementation), or other Line of Business applications for solution offering, product iteration, and system optimization.

• Maintain business continuity through IT operation monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Utilize resources effectively to complete internal and external IT tasks and lead global IT projects.

• Stay updated with cutting-edge IT technologies like Generative AI, RPA, etc., and demonstrate a fast-learning ability.
