Job summary

Jungheinrich Business Excellence Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to design and enhance business applications within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate will excel in RAP, ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, and SAP Fiori to deliver modern full-stack SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable SAP applications, extend functionality with APIs, and ensure Clean Core alignment across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
• Strong RAP development experience is required.
• Experience delivering full-stack SAP solutions involving both backend development and SAP Fiori applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications and enhancements in SAP S/4HANA and SAP MDG.
• Build end-to-end SAP solutions using RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP Fiori.
• Develop scalable and reusable applications aligned with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles.
• Extend SAP standard functionality using released APIs and SAP extension frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Modern SAP Development – Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, RAP, ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, and SAP S/4HANA extensibility.
• Full Stack Development – Experience building end-to-end SAP solutions including backend services, APIs, and SAP Fiori applications.
• Solution Design & Quality – Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and Clean Core compliant solutions using SAP best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience working across business and IT teams.
