Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead in Malaysia to steer a large Brownfield++ SAP S/4HANA migration program. You will lead ABAP development, ATC, and Fiori initiatives, while guiding cross-functional teams through cutover and go-live stages.

You should have 10–15 years of SAP Technical/ABAP consulting experience and a proven track record in end-to-end S/4HANA migrations, including client-facing delivery and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of SAP Technical/ABAP consulting experience.
• Led at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Brownfield migration project.
• Expert ABAP development and S/4HANA custom code adaptation.
• Experience with ATC/ABAP Test Cockpit.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP technical workstream across S/4HANA Brownfield migration activities.
• Drive ABAP code remediation, custom code adaptation, ATC assessments, and simplification item analysis.
• Manage SPAU/SPDD, code optimization, and S/4HANA readiness activities.
• Lead SAP Fiori and Gateway enablement, including app activation, Launchpad, OData services, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with Functional, Basis, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Support migration rehearsals, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Identify technical risks, drive resolution, and provide technical guidance to development teams.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will be hands-on SAP Technical Leads with deep ABAP, ATC, Fiori, and Brownfield S/4HANA Migration expertise, capable of taking ownership of technical delivery in a complex client environment.
