About The Role
The Sample Coordinator is a key function to manage the materials and products to support the flawless execution of the projects. The Sample Coordinator is part of the project team and keeps track of the required products and interaction with activities which are related to product validation, qualification and customer samples.
What You Will Do
- Creating lists of project and customer samples plan
- Coordinate the sample creation at manufacturing sites
- Report to the project team on the status and availability plan
What You Will Need
Hard Skills:
- 3-5 Yrs experience
- Excellent MS Office skills, mainly Excel (tracking/monitoring/tools)
- Prefer Experience in Engineering and project environments
- Prefer Logistics experience / Lean mindset
- Prefer Knowledge on diffusion, assembly and test processes for Semiconductor devices
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Soft Skills:
- Customer and high quality oriented
- Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
- Team player with good cooperation and information conduct
- Work accurately
- Excellent communication skills
