About the role

We seek a driven and ambitious Salesperson/Salesman to join our Advance Lube Enterprise Sdn Bhd team. As a Salesperson/Salesman, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base within the local market. This full-time position is based in any part of Malaysia. In addition to a basic salary, this role includes a lucrative commission, allowing you to earn more as you drive sales and grow the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and prospecting new potential customers in the local area.
2. Actively promoting and selling the company’s range of products to meet customer needs.
3. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
5. Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and strategies.

1. Proven track record in sales experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure sales.
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
5. Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
6. Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
7. Good verbal and written skills in Malay, English, and Chinese.
8. Valid license and own vehicle (car or motorcycle).
