1. Develop and grow sales in the Food Service sector (e.g. restaurants, cafes, catering services, hotels).

2. Identify and approach potential customers, build strong relationships, and maintain regular contact.

3. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

4. Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders and deliveries.

5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

6. Work closely with internal departments (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth operations.

7. Manage customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain high service levels.

8. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
