Job summary

ALZARA FOODS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Field Sales professional to promote and sell its products across retailers, wholesalers, and supermarkets. You will identify new customers, visit outlets to secure orders, and drive growth in market coverage while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires the ability to travel, meet monthly targets, and coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on promotions and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, FMCG, or the food industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and visit customers as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Alzara Foods products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and other potential customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Visit customers regularly to collect orders, introduce new products, and follow up on sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare sales reports, customer records, and other relevant sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department regarding promotions, pricing, and sales activities.
• Ensure products are properly presented and promoted to customers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
