ALZARA FOODS SDN BHD in Penang seeks a sales professional to promote and sell Alzara Foods products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other customers. You will identify new opportunities, maintain strong relationships, and visit customers to take orders while supporting monthly targets.

This field-based role requires strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, travel as needed, and drive.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, FMCG, or the food industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willing to travel and visit customers as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Alzara Foods products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and other potential customers.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities to expand market coverage.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Visit customers regularly to collect orders, introduce new products, and follow up on sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare sales reports, customer records, and other relevant sales documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing Department regarding promotions, pricing, and sales activities.
• Ensure products are properly presented and promoted to customers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Growth in sales and customer accounts.
• Customer retention and satisfaction.
• Timely submission of sales reports and collection of payments.
