Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders is essential to define and implement comprehensive CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the architectural strategy for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
2. Design scalable and flexible solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
3. Oversee implementation, ensuring performance, security, and system integration (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.).
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
5. Lead technical discussions and review sessions with internal teams and external vendors.
6. Maintain documentation on system architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
7. Align CRM strategies with long-term business goals through stakeholder collaboration.
8. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the Salesforce platform.
9. Ensure data integrity and governance across the Salesforce environment.

Qualifications:

1. Required:
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3. 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in a technical architect or lead role.
4. Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities: custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, API integrations.
5. Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
6. Strong knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps in Salesforce.
7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Preferred:
10. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or on the CTA path).
11. Experience with Mulesoft, Heroku, or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
12. Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) related to CRM systems.
