Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Application Management Services team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. It is a hybrid role requiring work as per the respective team's arrangement.

Salesforce Application Support Analyst
  1. As a Salesforce Application Support Analyst within our Application Management Services team, you will support Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and contribute to strategic initiatives led by senior team members.
  2. This role requires a proactive team player capable of contributing, coordinating, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and contribute to Level 2 and Level 3 support activities, troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  2. Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, automation, and integrations aligned with business goals.
  3. Optimize Salesforce functionality by evaluating new features, implementing best practices, and participating in system upgrades and enhancements.
  4. Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices; recommend and implement improvements to maximize platform value.
  5. Design and develop automation workflows using Salesforce Lightning flows to streamline business processes.
  6. Support workflows using tools like ServiceNow, ensuring efficient incident and change management processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Computer Science with 2-3 years of hands-on Salesforce support experience, with a proven ability to lead solutions and drive initiatives independently.
  2. Experience with Lightning, automation, integrations, and evaluating and implementing AppExchange solutions and third-party integrations.
  3. Familiarity with ITIL standards, incident management, and change control processes.
Preferred Attributes:
  1. Flexible work approach, including some weekend/public holiday work and on-call duties.
  2. Support for Pacific work hours to assist Australia/New Zealand operations.
  3. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
