What To Expect

Tesla Sales Trainee Program offers up to six months of enriching experiences to develop future leaders in Tesla and sustainable energy. Trainees will be assigned relevant roles throughout the learning duration, which may vary depending on business needs and learning opportunities.

The trainee shall commit to providing high-quality behavior, being innovative, courageous in facing challenges, and capable of being a good team player. This is a unique opportunity to join Tesla – the global leader in energy technology, automotive, and AI.

What You'll Do

• Welcome walk-in guests, answer questions, and manage customers' experience positively.
• Educate the public about electric cars through engaging conversations.
• Provide high-quality customer service to the existing Tesla community.
• Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate excellent results: engaging and signing up potential customers for test drives and events by Tesla, including executing pop-up events outside the store.
