Job Description

As a Retail Sales Assistant cum Live Host at LA BRAND, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect bag, provide product knowledge, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and inviting.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Host live streaming sessions to engage with customers and promote products.
  • Participate in the creation of product videos and daily short videos.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in retail or customer service is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion and luxury brands.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
