Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Organize and assign sales territories to ensure effective market coverage and optimal team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and setting clear objectives.
- Offer continuous coaching, mentoring, and support to help team members improve skills and performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and team leadership (FMCG, hospitality, or wine industry preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of wine or eagerness to learn.
- Disciplined, accountable, and adaptable to company policies.
