About the Client

Our client is a well-established and integrated bottled water producer with a strong presence in the Malaysian market. As one of the largest companies in its industry, it specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of various beverages. The company is committed to using automated and advanced bottling technology to produce high-quality products.

About the Role

The Sales Support Officer is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team and managing a designated customer base. You will handle all aspects of the order process, from initial review to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order Management: You will review customer orders for accuracy, liaise with sales on any discrepancies, and ensure timely order entry into the ERP system.
  • Logistics & Coordination: You will review inventory and coordinate with various departments to schedule order loading and ensure timely deliveries. This also involves liaising with logistics and customers regarding container loading schedules and shipment status updates.
  • Customer Service: You will handle customer inquiries and complaints, including product disputes and returns (RMA), ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Reporting & Administration: You will generate tax invoices, update tracking files, and report on weekly sales volume to the sales team and management. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer PO filing and archiving, and updating e-invoices in customer systems.
About the Team

You will support other sales support officers when they are away and will handle a customer base assigned by a superior. The role requires you to work closely with the sales, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Education & Experience: A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration is required. While fresh graduates and interns are welcome, having at least 2 years of working experience in a related field is considered an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have experience using an ERP system.
  • Key Competencies: The role demands strong coordination and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks and resolve discrepancies.
